Where is Teddy Together 3DS for North America??

I've called, emailed, looked numerous times online for this game being released in America for 3 years straight back when it was called Kuma Tomo 3DS.  I'm glad the Europeans are getting: Teddy Together 3DS but what about those of us who are American's who would like to enjoy: Teddy Together 3DS??
